   Late in 1998, a strategic growth plan was put in place following the buyout of the corporation by a sole founding partner. This growth plan included the expansion and move of NetConnex office and NOC (Network Operations Center) to a free standing building at 160 Elm Street in Pittsfield. Part of the plan involved the organization of synergistic groups within NetConnex to focus on their core competencies and work together to provide a complete basket of services. The addition of highly skilled technicians within these groups became the key component of the plan and is a key focus moving forward.

   Since the end of 1998, NetConnex has been on target with its growth plan. Through the first half of 2000 NetConnex had grown from one to eight employees and looks to continue to add specialists with core technical expertise throughout 2001. NetConnex staff is not all that has grown. 1st quarter 2000 revenues increased 300% over the prior year and NetConnex is on target to continue with triple digit percentage growth in year-over-year revenue and will continue to pursue breaking the $1,000,000 (one million dollars) in revenue mark throughout 2001 and beyond. We are able to maintain this tremendous growth by continuing to focus on our primary objective of providing our customers with the highest quality customer service and support!
